The Great Planning Lessons from - MONEY HEIST

You just can not plan any better than Professor  (Salva or Sergio ) in "Money Heist". 

He is the best Professor but more than that he is the best strategic planner. When we do any planning we tend to ignore the failures, the contingencies and most importantly human emotions. 

And here's this series, which in a very engaging way teach you the power of strategic planning and execution. 

In season 1 of Money Heist we learn that give due time to planning for a task and with utmost care build the team that is going to execute it. As much as a good plan is a must for any goal to be achieved, a focused and dedicated team is also mandatory. The plan must also contain the pitfalls, the failures and adversities. You should be optimistic but include all the possible things that can go wrong very pessimistically and include the probable solution in the plan. Plan with hundred questions in mind, figure out the answers to all the questions. If you want to learn to plan, I think the season 1 of Money Heist will teach you that with lot of thrill and entertainment. Professor's classroom is surely the best. 

 

In season 2, the Professor does not get much time to plan, therefore like in any other case, he faces a lot of difficulties. But things do fall into place due to his inherent intelligence. So definitely a good plan needs good time to think. Therefore one should not underestimate the power of planning for smoother execution of tasks/projects. Being in control all times is also very very important, once you start improvising too much during the execution, you derail yourself. You deviate away from the success.
